Every ingredient we use, the supplier need to fill in a specification form. This way we always have the most recent info on basic ingredients, nutritious values, microbiological values, allergenes,....

This same procedure is repeated for every final product, which is leaving La Lorraine. This product specifications, can always be asked for at La Lorraine.

These product specifiactions are centrally and automaticaly monitored through a specifically developed software-programme. This programme is updated on a daily base in order to generate the most recent info.
