Original appetizers with the Pavé rustique

Bake the Pavé Rustique (code 2306115) according to the baking instructions as mentioned on the label. Cut the bread in bigger cubes of 2 cm. Toast them in the oven. Grill some scallops with parsley et small pieces of red pepper. Place the scallops on the cubes. Garnish with roquette and finish with a spicy olive oil.
