Fully Baked : Maximising ease of use
10 points for ease of use, since nearly all mini rolls of La Lorraine Bakery Group are Fully Baked. The best results are obtained by putting the rolls directly from freezer into a preheated oven for 3 minutes at 210°C. You don't even have to finely arrange the rolls onto the gastro trays.
